Refund and Cancellation Policy

At The Soul Illumination, we value our clients and strive to provide a seamless and fair experience. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully before booking any services.


1. Cancellation Policy

  • Clients may cancel their appointments up to 24 hours before the scheduled session to receive a full refund.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will not be eligible for a refund.

  • If a client fails to attend their scheduled appointment without prior notice, no refund will be issued.

  • Clients can request to reschedule their appointment at least 24 hours in advance, subject to availability.

  • In case of emergencies, exceptions may be considered at the discretion of The Soul Illumination team.

2. Refund Policy

  • Full refunds will be issued for cancellations made at least 24 hours before the appointment.

  • No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the session.

  • If a service provider is unable to attend a scheduled session, clients will be given the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.

  • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method and may take up to 2 business days to reflect in the client’s account.

3. Service-Specific Refunds

  • Tarot Readings, Reiki Healing, and Access Bars services are non-refundable once the session has commenced.

  • If a client is dissatisfied with their session, they may contact customer support within 24 hours of their appointment to discuss their concerns. Partial refunds or future credits may be granted at our discretion.

4. Exceptions and Special Cases

  • In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as technical failures, extreme weather conditions, or health emergencies, we may provide rescheduling options or a full refund on a case-by-case basis.

  • Clients requesting a refund due to dissatisfaction must provide a valid reason and submit a request via contact@soulumination.com

5. How to Request a Cancellation or Refund

  • To cancel or reschedule an appointment, clients must use the online booking portal or contact us at contact@soulumination.com

  • Refund requests must be submitted via email or our official contact form, including relevant booking details and the reason for the request.
