Are the Astologers and Tartot Card Readers verified?
All the Tarot Readers and Healers on ‘The Soul Illumination’ are chosen through a screening process based on strict criteria and it is followed by multiple interviews. Based on this process, only competent and qualified experts are chosen. Hence, be rest assured, you will only interact with trusted and gifted Tarot Readers at ‘The Soul Illumination’.
What if the Tarot Card Reader of my choise is not available?
All the Tarot Readers at The Soul Illumination are genuine and certified experts. So, in case the expert of your choice is not available online, you can always connect with any other Tarot Reader and get answers and solutions for your concerns and problems.
Is there any wallet available for online payment?
No, currently the feature of Wallet is not available in the portal. However, we have a selection of recharge plans you can choose from to connect with your chosen Expert. In case you have any query related to the charged amount or selected plan, please reach out to support@thesoulumination.com.
Will the online session be completely private?
All your data and sessions on The Soul Illumination are secured with end-to-end encryption. We ensure 100% confidentiality and anonymity of our users. Your personal sessions and data will not be disclosed or shared with any third party.
What Tarot Decks do you use for readings?
Rider Waite Tarot deck is used for all the readings.
Can I get free readings?
One session of five minutes only, subjected to availability of free slots.
How can I cancell my subscription with 'The Soul illumination'?
If you purchase any subscription plan from The Soul illumination, your Payment Method will continue to be billed for the subscription until you cancel. If you do not want your subscription to renew automatically, you would need to cancel the same by sending email to contact@soulumination.com
