5. Booking and Payment Terms

• All appointments must be booked through our online portal.

• Payment must be made at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.

• We accept UPI, Card, Net Banking, Wallet, Cash.

• Prices for services are subject to change without notice.

• Any additional charges, such as late fees or extra session time, will be clearly communicated in advance.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will be eligible for a full refund.

• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment.

• Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability.

• If a practitioner cancels an appointment, the client will be offered a reschedule or full refund based on the above mentioned conditions.

7. Disclaimer of Accuracy

• Our services are based on spiritual and intuitive guidance, and we do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any insights provided.

• Clients should use their own judgment and discretion when interpreting readings and healing sessions.

• If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be settled through mediation or arbitration in the Jurisdiction of Bangalore City.
